WHERE IS THE STORE BASED?

We are based in Riga, LV.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 

We ship from various overseas manufacturers. Please keep in mind that if you order multiple items, they may arrive separately due to this.  

 

WHAT CURRENCY IS YOUR PRICES IN? 

All prices listed are in EUR.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

We will send you an email confirmation containing your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. You can follow your order by clicking on this link. 

Please note that it can take up to 3-7 days for the tracking information to be available.

 

I DID NOT GET A TRACKING NUMBER, WHAT DO I DO? 

If you did not get a tracking number after 3 days of placing your order you can simply email us and we will gladly provide you with one.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF EUROPE?

We sure do! We proudly ship worldwide.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow 12-20 business days for Europe orders, and 20-35 business days for anywhere outside of the Europe for your items to be delivered. These times vary and your order may arrive sooner, but this is the average.  It depends what you purchased and if it is the holiday season. 

 

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?

We ship from different overseas manufacturers so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please e-mail us with your name and order number.

 

WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING SO LONG?

There can sometimes be delays in order time due to customs clearance, logistics holdups, holiday season, and other factors. Please understand that we cannot always control this. Delays can sometimes happen due to these things, so we ask that you remain patient. If your order doesn't arrive, we will issue you a full refund.  

 

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?

Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Orders MUST be canceled the same day they are made or it will be processed.  Once the item has been processed, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.  Please note that it is your responsibility to use the correct address.  We do not offer refunds for the incorrect address on the customer side.
